Magda Chambriard is the former General Director of Brazil’s National Agency of Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). She graduated in Engineering from Rio de Janeiro Federal University, where she also obtained her Master’s Degree. She worked at Petrobras, where she specialized in Reservoir and Production Engineering and also acted as a Business Consultant for E&P. She was a member of ANP’s Advisory Board for E&P, as well as former Superintendent of Exploration and Superintendent of Block Definition. In May 2010, she was appointed Member of the Administrative Council at the Brazilian Public Company for Energy Research (EPE).
