Pre-requisite: basic knowledge of project management is helpful.

Arthur Ruiz has over 15 years of experience in Project Engineering with strategic and tactical expertise directing multi-cultural projects in the United States, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil.
He has led several project management office (PMO) initiatives for construction and commissioning of large offshore and onshore oil and gas projects.
Arthur is an expert in interface management, logistics, risk management, and acoustical engineering.
He enjoys teaching and speaking at conferences such as Interface management for capital projects – Amsterdam 2015, FPSO World Congress - Singapore 2014, Oil and Gas Major Projects – Houston 2012, Offshore Support Vessels - Singapore 2012.
Arthur has an MBA in International Management, a Masters of Science in Engineering Acoustics, a Masters of Science in Oceanic Engineering and he is also PMP certified.
