I am competent Completion, Workover & Well Interventions Engineer, Advisor, Coach / Mentor, Manager with breadth of diversified E&P work history, and depth of gained skills and knowledge. I act as a leader that can inspire the motivated, gather the great and coach the committed while delivering maximized output.
During first 12 years in O&G I held field-based positions in Workover operations, and later – in engineering and technical management roles at the offices in various geographical areas (lived and worked in 8 countries so far).
My developed well engineering, and leadership skills with HSE- and Quality-oriented approach, and recognized mentoring capabilities allow me to achieve the objectives with high ratio of success and sustained quality.

My knowledge and know-how cover broad range of wells’ planning, design, engineering and execution starting from Well Design and Completion throughout the wells’ life cycle – Workovers and Interventions, and production optimization until well’s P&A.

In addition to my University education I am also Certified as a safety specialist to all levels up to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Manager in compliance with U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA and ANSI Z490.1-2009. Program designed and lead by OSHAcademy, Portland, Oregon, USA
