Description
This course continues coverage of basic petrophysical analysis by looking at qualitative and quantitative evaluation of open-hole logs for artifacts caused by natural and induced fractures. You will learn to recognize these artifacts on both modern image logs, as well as older logs buried in your well files. Some quantitative models that may be instructive are included. Examples and a case history illustrate the topic.
