We will explain the step by step process we follow to work with experts, consultants, training companies, associations and any other oil and gas business looking to share knowledge with the industry via our marketplace.
First let’s discuss the different publishing opportunities available within Petrolessons. Starting with Training courses, which can be on-demand video training, in-classroom (public and/or in-house), Live Virtual courses (these are conducted much like an in-classroom training with same-time-interaction, but it’s done via web with instructor and students live, then you can also offer Blended training where part of the course is recorded/video training and part of it is live (in-classroom or virtual).
Soon there will be many other opportunities to publish other materials Posts, Projects, White Papers, Webinars etc .
It’s worth also mentioning that anyone or company around the globe with proven expertise in any topic that is relevant to oil and gas professionals and quality content can publish on Petrolessons. Topics can be technical or softskills around upstream, midstream, downstream, safety, or any supporting functions such as IT, HR, finances, business, accounting, procurement etc Again, if it’s relevant knowledge to an Oil and Gas professional we will consider.

It all starts with you Registering for an account on Petrolessons and creating your user profile. This allows you to use all features of the portal including publication.
Then click on Publish > Training and fillout the short application. We will carefully consider every application submitted and if we believe we are a fit, we will schedule a call with you to learn about you, answer any questions you may have about Petrolessons and let you teach us a little something in a short class.
The next step is to produce your course(s). If you already have course material, then we will offer to take a look and provide any feedback or we will publish if it’s ready for prime time.
Approved publishers accounts are created and they gain access to a complete dashboard where you can create the publishers bio, create your store page, add/edit training, create coupons, monitor sales and have full control over your courses. You will also get a new badge in your account.
